On the morning of September 3, 2016, Liu Yunshan, member of the standing Committee of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, visited Harbin Electric Group Jiamusi Electric Co., Ltd. to conduct research on implementing the requirements of comprehensively and strictly administering the party and strengthening party building at the grass-roots level. Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee Secretary Wang Xiankui and Governor Lu Hao accompanied the investigation.
