The employee representatives who grew up in Jiadian and the management representatives of the internship workshop exchanged experiences. Wang Anguo of the Design Department described his own experience and put forward suggestions on the key points and learning directions of college students' internship, telling everyone that technology should be bitter before sweet, and good electricity will not let those who bear hardships suffer losses. Zhou Xuefeng of the electrician workshop talked about the work process and experience from workshop technology to workshop management, and also encouraged college students to settle down to do practical things, take the initiative, and win affirmation with a meticulous and rigorous attitude; on behalf of Hao Fengxiao, director of the product manufacturing department and storage department, middle-level managers shared their 16 years of work experience from the front line of the workshop to middle-level managers, and expressed their ardent expectations for college students in humorous language. He pointed out that the development process of Jiadian proves that the manufacturing industry has a future, the state-owned enterprises have a future, and the state-owned enterprises in Northeast China have a future; the development of Jiadian needs talents, and those whose business ability and moral quality are consistent with the requirements of the enterprise are all talents of the enterprise. In Jiadian, talents are not only academic qualifications and background.
