1. Excellent service team

  1) Regular service team: 47 full-time after-sales service personnel, and reasonably allocate service personnel nationwide in combination with the technical level of attendants in machinery and electricity.

  2) Expert service team: five experts are allocated to deal with major and difficult problems in a timely and decisive manner and solve the existing problems at one time.

  3) Major project service team: for the composition of major projects, track the whole process from the installation and commissioning of motor to the final delivery of the project, so as to ensure the smooth progress of major projects.

2. Perfect service system

  1) Perfect management functions: according to the job division and service requirements, the service management is equipped with dispatcher, information clerk, data clerk, accessories clerk, machine clerk and return visitor. Ensure that the service information has results within 1 hour and replies within 2 hours, and special problems can be handled within 4 hours, which greatly improves the service efficiency.

  2) According to the regional management of waiters, all waiters sink to the marketing network, shorten the service distance, realize the direct connection between the service and users, and greatly improve the service speed and quality.

  3) The service commitment of 12 hours in the province and 24 hours across provinces has been realized.

3. Professional maintenance base

Based on the self built bases of Jiadian, Chengdu, Tianjin (under construction) and Taicang, supplemented by the authorized top ten maintenance centers, the maintenance areas are divided throughout the country, and the maintenance items are determined according to their maintenance capacity. Through the operation of this mode, the processing speed of fault motor is improved, the construction period of users is ensured, and the support for service is strengthened.

4. Comprehensive waiter evaluation system

  1) In order to strengthen the timeliness rate, customer satisfaction, the completion rate of one-time problem handling, improve the skill level, change the service attitude and service concept, implement integral management for waiters, stimulate learning will, and ensure sufficient and high-quality service resources to serve users.

  2) No return visit shall be omitted for each service information to ensure that the timely rate of arrival shall not be less than 95% and the customer satisfaction shall not be less than 90%.

5. Professional maintenance team

  With four bases as the center and ten maintenance centers as the auxiliary cooperation, we can assist customers in equipment overhaul and maintenance.

  1) Provide excellent technical service and quick maintenance response;

  2) The quality of the maintenance motor accessories provided shall meet the quality of the original motor accessories;

  3) Ensure the normal service life of the motor after maintenance and meet the corresponding service standards;

  4) The supply price of original accessories provided shall not be higher than the market price of equivalent products.
