National Explosion-proof Motor Engineering Technology Research Center

The National Explosion-proof Motor Engineering Technology Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the center) is a national engineering technology research institution approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2011 and passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016. During the construction period, the total investment of the center was 158163700 yuan, with 7700 square meters of R & D building, five explosion-proof motor R & D and test platforms, a pilot test line for high-voltage motor coil manufacturing, and 23 sets of instruments and equipment.

The center has a high-end R & D team composed of more than 300 R & D personnel. Based on the principle of "openness, cooperation and sharing", with the goal of building a base for scientific research and development, achievement engineering, industrialization, talent training and technical exchange, the center carries out work through the construction of explosion-proof motor R & D and test platform, the research of key technologies of explosion-proof motor and the research and development of key products, combined with the design and R & D of typical products, carry out research and development in the aspects of motor efficiency improvement, explosion-proof type innovation and insulation structure improvement, solve the basic, common and key technical problems of the industry, make some core technologies and products reach the world-class level, and promote the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of explosion-proof motors in China.

Since 2012, the center has won more than 50 scientific and technological awards, nearly 130 patent authorizations, presided over or participated in the formulation of nearly 50 national and industrial standards and nearly 100 group standards.

III. Preparation and revision of industry standards

IV. Technical consultation and service

2. Organize industry research: conduct industry research, understand the current production situation of the industry, help solve practical problems, and master the needs of users and the market.
