During the investigation, Sun Laiyan and his entourage also listened to the company's special reports on economic operation, reform and development, and measures to protect shell profitability. The company's team members gave detailed answers to the questions raised by the board of supervisors.

Sun Laiyan emphasized in his speech that Jiadian has a long history and is an enterprise with a good foundation and strength. It has strong product research and development capabilities and ranks among the best in the domestic explosion-proof lifting metallurgical motor field. Although we are now facing some difficulties and various internal and external pressures, we must also see that in the fierce market competition, facing strong opponents, these difficulties are also spurs and promotes the improvement of our work. In response to this situation, Jiadian has achieved good results in a series of measures such as grasping the market, grasping quality, grasping technology and craftsmanship, grasping contract performance, grasping cost control, grasping slimming, and grasping fine management. 2. should strive to digest production capacity and open up markets. Whether it is Jiadian or other enterprises, whether at home or abroad, only by doing a good job in marketing and opening up the market can we obtain orders, release production capacity and survive well. It is necessary to further sort out the marketing market, make great efforts to better open the domestic market, and make good use of the Belt and Road Initiative and other channels in the international market, so as to further digest the production capacity.

3. should combine far and near, and strive to promote supply-side structural reform. Everything has priorities. We can't just solve the immediate problems and ignore the development of the enterprise. We must determine what to do next in the future and what direction to go.
