National Engineering Research Center of Explosion-proof Motor

The National Explosion-proof Motor Engineering Technology Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a national engineering technology research institution approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2011 and passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2016. During the construction period, the center invested a total of 158.1637 million yuan, built a 7700 square meter research and development building, five explosion-proof motor research and development test platforms and a high-voltage motor coil manufacturing pilot line, and added 23 sets of instruments and equipment.

The center has a high-end R & D team composed of more than 300 R & D personnel. Based on the principle of "openness, cooperation and sharing", the center aims to build a base for scientific research and development, achievement engineering, industrialization, personnel training and technical exchange. Through the construction of explosion-proof motor R & D test platform, key technology research of explosion-proof motor, key product R & D and other aspects, combined with typical product design and R & D, research and development in motor efficiency improvement, explosion-proof type innovation, insulation structure improvement, etc., to solve the industry's basic, common, and key technical problems, so that some core technologies and products reach the international first-class level, and promote my country's explosion-proof motor technology innovation and industrial upgrading.

Since 2012, the center has won more than 50 science and technology awards, nearly 130 patent authorizations, presided over or participated in the formulation of nearly 50 national and industry standards, and nearly 100 group standards.
