Introduction to Shielding Workshop
Shielding workshop is a workshop specialized in designing and manufacturing shielded motors and electric pumps in Jiamusi Electric Co., Ltd. In 1963, China's first shielded motor was successfully developed. In 1964, China's first high temperature and high pressure shielded electric pump was successfully developed. PB, PBR, PBJ, PBZ, PBX, PBC, PBN, PBG, PBL and derived series of shielded electric pumps were successively developed. For national defense, nuclear energy, aerospace, petrochemical and light pharmaceutical industries such as the development and production of a wide variety of shielded motor and shielded pump. A number of products have reached the international advanced level and filled the domestic gap.
There are more than 200 employees in the shielding workshop, including more than 50 professional and technical personnel, and more than 40 people with intermediate and senior titles, including 6 masters, and 1 person enjoying national, provincial and ministerial allowances. The operating area is 9000 square meters, and there are more than 100 main production equipment, including 32 metal cutting equipment, 8 fine and rare equipment and 12 numerical control equipment. It is mainly responsible for the production of shielded motors (electric pumps). The production capacity of a single machine can reach 500KW, the multi-stage electric pumps can reach 16 levels, the axial force can be automatically balanced, the flow rate of the electric pump is up to 1000 m/h, the lift is 400 m, the temperature is up to 350 ℃, and the design pressure is up to 35Mpa. Workshop shielding pump is based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology, combined with more than 40 years of scientific research and innovation in the field of nuclear power shielding pump, the use of optimized design of the replacement products, the workshop annual production of shielding pump more than 1000.
