Jiamusi Motor Co., Ltd."Flying Ball" brand motors are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, coal, steel, metallurgy, transportation, electric power, aerospace and other fields. The products are distributed all over the country and exported to more than 40 countries and regions. It is for my country's aerospace industry, satellite launch, nuclear power plants, High-tech fields such as the Three Gorges Project, the Great Wall Station in Antarctica, and national defense construction provide excellent driving forces. The company has undertaken a number of national, provincial and ministerial scientific research plans, and its products have won national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards for many times. In December 2011, with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "National Explosion-proof Motor Engineering Technology Research Center" was established with Jiamusi Electric Co., Ltd. as the support unit, marking that the company has a core and leading position in the explosion-proof field in my country, leading the development of the industry direction. While actively seeking development, the company pays attention to environmental protection, resource conservation and sustainable development. In order to implement the "Made in China 2025", with green development as the core and building a green supply chain as the goal, the green supply chain medium and long-term plan has been formulated. The annual target and implementation plan of green supply chain construction are as follows.

(1) Annual Target for 2021

① Appoint the top management representative of the green supply chain, establish the green supply chain promotion management organization of Jiamusi Electric Co., Ltd., and establish and improve the green supply chain management and evaluation mechanism;

② Carry out green supply chain and green supply chain training based on the green supply chain and green supply chain evaluation indicators of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

③ Based on the green supply chain evaluation index of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, self-evaluation and third-party evaluation are carried out, and green supply chain declaration is carried out at the same time;

Implementation Scheme

① In order to build a green supply chain, Jiang Qinghai was appointed as the top management representative of the green supply chain, mainly responsible for assigning responsibilities and authorities related to the green supply chain, ensuring the acquisition of relevant resources, and promising and ensuring that the evaluation requirements of the green supply chain are met. At the same time, the establishment of a green supply chain promotion team, composed of the main heads of various departments, is mainly responsible for the development of green supply chain related system documents, the development of green supply chain performance, assessment of members' work results. A member unit of the green supply chain promotion group is set up under the promotion group to be responsible for completing the annual green supply chain construction tasks;

② Based on the green supply chain evaluation indicators of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, comprehensively improve the company's internal management documents, including energy measurement and energy conservation management. According to the concept of green supply chain, the company's infrastructure, management system, energy resources, procurement, environmental emissions and other aspects of the overall planning and improvement;

③According to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to declare the green supply chain, organize the self-evaluation and third-party evaluation of the creation of the green supply chain; according to the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to declare the green supply chain, organize the declaration of the creation of the green supply chain;

④ In order to understand the guidelines for the construction of the green manufacturing system and deepen the green manufacturing concept of employees, the green supply chain promotion team organizes relevant departments to carry out green manufacturing training, and the number of training is not less than 2 times.

① Under the guidance of the Green Supply Chain Promotion Group, the green supply chain is fully operated, and the member units of the Green Supply Chain Promotion Group are responsible for collecting, summarizing, comparing and analyzing the relevant performance of the green supply chain creation. Specifically, it includes the following aspects: the consumption of main raw materials per unit product, the production of main pollutants per unit product, the production of wastewater per unit product, the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste, the reuse rate of wastewater treatment, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product and the unit product Carbon emissions, etc.
